2. Bank Guarantee in the prescribed format
3. Undertaking in the prescribed format
4. GST Registration Certificate
5. Memorandum and Articles of Association (mandatory for companies, not mandatory for individual
6. No Objection certificate/ Permission issued by the customs authority
7. Income Tax Return for the last 2 years
8. Authorization letter to sign the port documents
9. Photo ID of the Board of Director and Authorized Person
10. Registration Certificate Issued by the other minor/ major ports
11. Details of staffs working in organization
12. Experience Certificate or work orders issued by the Minor/ Major ports
13. Article of Partnership/Company to be produced
14. Proof of the contract between steamship company and cargo owner for the periodcovered is to be appended. The approximate tonnage for each party is to be indicated
15. A certificate from the Bankers as to the financia! ability and income tax clearance certificate to be produced
